It covers facilitating large-scale PI Planning, coaching with servant leadership, improving flow with metrics, and removing obstacles that no single team can fix, with AI tools for mapping dependencies and spotting risks. The exam is 60 multiple-choice questions in 120 minutes, with 82% needed to pass.
