Everyday AI takes a working professional from "never used generative AI" to designing, automating, measuring and governing AI use for other people. It is built for everyday professionals in any industry: finance, healthcare, education, ministry, trades, retail, government, non-profits. You use AI well in the job you already have; you do not become a programmer. The course is vendor-neutral. Every exercise can be done in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. You pick one assistant in Level 2 and keep it, and every lesson tells you where the feature lives in each one. Level 1, Foundations, explains in plain words what a language model does, how to ask it for things so the first answer is usable, how AI gets into the tools you already use, and what it can and cannot do, including images, voice and video. Level 2, Practitioner, moves from "how it works" to "how I work": you set up one assistant as a daily tool with a prompt library and clear data rules, then put it to work on your own documents, spreadsheets, meetings and decisions, and measure the hours you got back over four weeks. Level 3, Leader, is for people responsible for other people's work: automated workflows with a human checkpoint, custom assistants your team can use without you, a 30-day pilot with a baseline and a metric, a one-page AI policy, a risk review and a 90-day adoption plan. Each level ends with a quiz and a capstone you upload: real work from your own job, scored against a published five-row rubric with an explanation for every row. Pass both and you earn that level's credential, with a number anyone can check on our public verification page.

Who it is for
- —Professionals in any industry who have never used generative AI, or use it occasionally and want to use it well
- —People who already use an assistant weekly and want measured results on their own documents, data and meetings
- —Team leads, managers, business owners and consultants responsible for AI use by other people
- —Graduates of Claude for Everyday Professionals or Copilot for Administrative Professionals who want vendor-neutral depth and the leadership level
Before you start
- —One AI assistant account: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. A free plan is enough for Level 1; Levels 2 and 3 assume a paid individual plan (about $20 a month) so file uploads, projects and connected apps work
- —A computer with a web browser. A phone is fine for reading lessons but not for the exercises
- —Level 3 only: one automation tool (Zapier, Make, Power Automate or your assistant's own scheduled tasks). Free tiers are enough
- —No coding or technical background needed
