Twenty-one lessons, about four and a half hours in total, written for people who use a computer every day at work and have never been taught what Copilot is actually for. There is no jargon and nothing is assumed. You start with what Copilot is and how it knows about your work, then move through the things that take up your day — drafting email, catching up on a thread you have lost track of, meeting notes, documents in Word, questions of a spreadsheet, turning a document into a deck. Later lessons cover the work that runs itself, why Copilot sometimes cannot find things, and how to become the person in your office who makes it work for everyone. The course is in three levels, and each level ends in its own credential you earn by passing an assessment — Foundation, Practitioner and Master. Each credential has a number anyone can check on our public verification page.
